Paul J. Hudanick is a transition specialist and owner of Practice Impact. He has over 25 years of small business ownership and sales experience. Paul’s background securely qualifies him for assuring our selling doctors of a trouble free and effortless transition. Along with strong attention to detail, Paul’s top notch customer service skills provide our buying doctors with a worry-free experience through the entire purchasing process. Paul is a remarkably knowledgeable and is able to provide services that truly and positively separate our firm from the competition.
Don Zimmerman, founder of Practice Impact, has over 35 years of experience serving the dental profession. With his aptitude in finance, accounting and dental office operations, he is uniquely positioned to provide expert, fair and accurate appraisals. Don is a highly competent facilitator whose expertise has resulted in hundreds of profitable and amicable transitions.
Mollie Holleran handles Practice Impact’s Practice Transitions, Marketing and she is also the Office Manager. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and has over 10 years experience working in a small business environment. Her qualifications and skills enable her to work closely with buyers and sellers and the solid relationships she has built with financial institutions and dental attorneys ensure that all business requirements are met in a timely manner.
Kendra Hess is the Administrative Assistant for Practice Impact. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a wide range of office experience. She assists Mollie and Paul with all aspects of administrative and customer service work as well as some marketing. Kendra began with Practice Impact in 2014 and is often the first point of contact for our buying doctors, as well as the first friendly voice you hear when you call the office! Kendra is dedicated to providing the best possible service for our clients.
