Paul J. Hudanick is a transition specialist and owner of Practice Impact. He has over 20 years of small business ownership in addition to 20 years of sales experience. Paul’s background securely qualifies him for assuring our selling doctors of a trouble free and effortless transition. Along with strong attention to detail, Paul’s top notch customer service skills provide our buying doctors with a worry-free experience through the entire purchasing process. Paul is a remarkably knowledgeable and is able to provide services that truly and positively separate our firm from the competition.
Don Zimmerman, founder of Practice Impact, has over 35 years of experience serving the dental profession. With his aptitude in finance, accounting and dental office operations, he is uniquely positioned to provide expert, fair and accurate appraisals. Don is a highly competent facilitator whose expertise has resulted in hundreds of profitable and amicable transitions.
Barry F. Sukoneck, D.D.S., FAGD has been the Practice Impact transition specialist for Eastern Pennsylvania since 1989. He has over 30 years experience as a general dentist in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Sukoneck taught for 15 years in multiple dental programs including the University of Pennsylvania and Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he was Chairman of the Division of Restorative Dentistry in the General Practice Residency Program. He was also an insurance consultant for Prudential Insurance Company for 10 years. Dr. Sukoneck is presently a member of the American Dental Association, including the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia constituent organizations, the Academy of General Dentistry, and is a past president of the Eastern Dental Society.
Gary A. Kizzen, D.D.S., is a transition specialist in the Cleveland area for Practice Impact. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and has over thirty years experience as a General Dentist in the greater Cleveland, Ohio area. Dr. Kizzen has had a real estate license, insurance & annuities licenses, Series 7 license and a Certified Financial Planner designation. Dr. Kizzen has owned and operated four general dentistry offices and a private dental clinic. Dr. Kizzen is currently a member of the Cleveland Dental Society, Ohio Dental Association and the American Dental Association.
Mollie Holleran is Practice Impact’s Practice Transition Coordinator and Office Manager. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and has over 10 years experience working in a small business environment. Her experience with transitions makes Mollie an invaluable asset to the firm. Mollie’s qualifications and skills enable her to work closely with buyers and sellers to ensure that all business requirements are met in a timely manner. Her specialties include working with lenders to ensure that our buyers receive 100% financing and also working with insurance agents and both the buyers’ and sellers’ attorneys to ensure a smooth transition.
