1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Practice Impact website, www.practiceimpact.com, and your communications with Practice Impact, including telephone, email, and SMS / text message communications. By using the website or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the website and do not opt in to text messages.
2. WHO WE ARE; SERVICES.
Practice Impact is a dental practice brokerage and consulting firm. We provide practice valuations, practice sales and transitions, associate buy-ins, and consulting to members of the dental profession.
Practice Impact is not a bank, lender, creditor, or loan originator. We do not make, fund, underwrite, or service loans. We do not sell loan leads. Any practice-acquisition financing is arranged solely between a buyer and an independent third-party lending institution, only if the buyer separately chooses to apply. That activity is not part of our SMS program.
3. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS.
Practice Impact uses SMS only for informational and transactional text messages related to upcoming meeting confirmations and updates, appointment reminders, practice valuation and practice transition updates, account or transaction notifications, and customer-support messages.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. We do not send texts that market loans, financing products, or third-party lenders.
Message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency may vary.
You can text HELP for support or STOP at any time to unsubscribe.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to the number from which you received messages. You may also call 1-800-735-5336 or email info@practiceimpact.com. After you opt out we will send a one-time confirmation and then stop program messages to that number.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving Practice Impact services.
4. HOW CONSENT IS OBTAINED.
The only opt-in method for text messages is verbal consent.
Website forms on practiceimpact.com are not an SMS opt-in method. Those forms do not include an SMS consent checkbox. A phone number submitted on a form is used only for a return call or email.
Before sending text messages, we will ask for your consent using language substantially as follows:
“Practice Impact uses SMS only for informational and transactional text messages related to upcoming meeting confirmations and updates, appointment reminders, practice valuation and practice transition updates, account or transaction notifications, and customer-support messages. Do you consent to receive these text messages from Practice Impact at the mobile number you provided?”
SMS consent is recorded only if you clearly say yes after this disclosure is read. If you decline, we will not send program texts to that number.
An inbound text from a person who has not given verbal consent is not treated as enrollment in an ongoing SMS program.
5. NO SHARING OF MOBILE OPT-IN DATA.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Practice Impact will not share, sell, rent, or transfer your mobile number or SMS consent to lenders, affiliates, marketing partners, or any other third party for marketing, promotional, lead-generation, or lending purposes.
We may use vendors solely to deliver the text messages you requested (messaging platforms and wireless carriers). Those vendors may not use your number or consent for their own marketing.
6. FINANCING.
Practice Impact does not offer financing or lending services and is not a direct lender. We do not originate loans.
If a buyer asks for help assembling materials to apply to an independent bank or specialty practice-acquisition lender, that assistance is consulting only. The lender is not Practice Impact. We do not use SMS to promote lenders, collect loan applications, or share SMS opt-in data with lenders.
7. WEBSITE USE.
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes related to inquiring about or receiving Practice Impact’s brokerage and consulting services. You may not use the site to transmit unlawful, harassing, or infringing content, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or lending advice. Practice listings and values may change.
8. PRIVACY.
Our collection and use of personal information, including mobile numbers and SMS consent, is described in our Privacy Policy at https://practiceimpact.com/privacy-policy/. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are intended to be read together.
9. DISCLAIMER; LIMITATION.
The website and communications are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Practice Impact disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, including SMS delivery. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. CHANGES.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date above will change when we do. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
